31 Day Reset Challenge Day 13

Redesign Your Day

For today’s challenge we had to “redesign our day” in some small way whether it was through going to be earlier (or later), meditating, eating a healthy breakfast etc. It was really hard for me to do this with this challenge because I recently redesigned my life with eating healthy, waking up earlier, going to bed on time etc. Maybe I failed this challenge, but I honestly couldn’t pick out a point in my day that I needed to “redesign.” Hmmm……
