31 Day Reset Challenge Day 20

Develop a Self-Care Plan

So my self-care plan for the next week will be to take a daily walk, cut out the sweets (mainly cookies) and drink 64 oz. of water every day. I know this will be extremely difficult (especially during the RNC) but it's going to help me in the long run with my overall health. Let's see how this goes.....
