What was your healthiest habit of 2011? What would you like to change or do differently in 2012?
Even though I recently started this within the last two months, making my own food has been the healthiest habit of 2011. It's easy to come home and be lazy and stick a frozen dinner in the microwave, but I've made it a point to STOP buying frozen dinners and buying foods that I HAVE to make. You know what parents say, "there's food in there...you just have to make it." So now that I have been making food (which has been healthy) I need to incorporate working out or some type of activity into the mix for 2012!
